Najeh Why do you need to irradiate an oral liquid? It is not unknown for active ingredients of this type to be contaminated with micro-organisms. I think it would be preferable to irradiate the actives and manufacture under conditions that do not cause contamination. Your formulation should contain a suitable preservative to prevent contamination during use by the patient. alan.newbery@parexel.com |
