I'm sure that Mike Anisfeld will extol the virtues of Training Tracker II.
Not being a big fan of computer based systems(expensive to validate and
crash at
critical points) I prefer to rely on pen and paper. Providing the number of
training modules is not enormous I believe that even for 130 staff, GMP
compliant tracking is possible without a computer. Names, modules, training
status, retraining dates etc. are all possible. Supervisors and operators are
equally responsible for keeping the data current therefore networking is not a
problem.
Contact me off line and I can provide more detail.
I'm sure some companies have check signatures for training data entry, but this
is far from normal, Having an objective assessment of training is much more
important.
