I would suggest you have a lot of homework to do and not with the resistance
meter. If as you say the water pipe leading into the tank is as high in
resistance as you indicate, then the tank is the problem. The big question
is, if the tank is the problem, why did it show up only after you changed
water sources? You're missing something. Just like checkbook errors you
may be too close and absolving yourself from simple things that could go
wrong. Don't assume anything! That way you'll probably solve your problem.
