Dear colleagues,
Would any of you have information on "umbrella trademark"
possibilities when it comes to have Registered products and Medical
Devices under the same brand in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
In other words, can an OTC registered product and a Medical Device be
marketed in the same country with
1- the same tradename (e.g. TradenameR)
2- do they have to have an differenciation (e.g. TradenameR for the
OTC and TradenameR + device descriptor for the Medical Device)
3- do they have to have a completely different tradename (e.g.
Tradename1R and Tradename2R
