Dear Nicola,
No, I would not pay a premium for professional staff with this
qualification. Having said that, it could well be worth it as it
might give you the edge over someone with similar experience. Note
that most candidates we interview have good technical skills and
much of the decision is if we believe that they would fit into our
team, i.e. personality and 'people-skills' rather than technical
knowledge.
Good luck!

Dear all,
I am currently considering undertaking the TOPRA MSc in Reg. Affairs.
Have any of you experience with this course?
My company will only fund a certain amount (less than 40%) for the
course and so I would end up paying quite a substantial amount of
money myself. I basically need to know if it is worth it. Would you
pay an employee extra for having this qualification? Any advice is
welcome!
Kind regards
Nicola
