[RegAffairs]Sunset Clause in France
Dear Forum, Has anyone experience with the French Agency and its application of the sunset clause. I have been told that the sunset clause is not yet applicable in France, ie.e that it has not been passed in to national legislation. Can anyone confirm that understanding?
