Dear Brian,

I agree with the point you make. It is only in connection with CEPs.
Inspectors are at least one from EDQM and other from competent EU authority.

But my point is this can be used as GMP certificate from EU authority.
Especially when it is required that API manufacturer should be inspected by
CA from EU.
Pl correct me if I am wrong.
