We have recently purchased a number of Agilent GCs and Agilent seem
to be the best option in providing a service contract (as opposed to
AGB or Waters). However, within this service contract the routine
re-validation of the GCs carried out by Agilent will use
'chemstation' software as opposed to Millenium software. We routinely
use Millenium to process our GC data. Is it acceptable to use another
software package to process data throughout the routine validation?
I would appreciate it if anyone could give me their opinion on
whether this is acceptable or not and why. Thank you,
