RE: closed validation packages and memos
I would suggest that all the relevant documentation for a particular validation effort be maintained together. If you don't' you'll want to shoot yourself when audit time comes around and you have to start pulling data from multiple locations trying to put together a complete documentation picture for the auditors to review. |
