Derby Regional Hospital is an accredited 54 bed facility that operates as
the major referral centre for the Kimberley Region. The Pharmacy Department
provides a Kimberley-wide service to five other Hospitals (Broome, Fitzroy
Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra and, Wyndham) and 24 Remote Area Community
Health centres. As the "Gateway to the Gorges" Derby offers a relaxed
outdoors lifestyle that includes a wide range of recreational activities,
from spectacular off road touring up the Gibb River road, barramundi fishing
in the Fitzroy River to enchanted evenings watching the sun go down over
Cable Beach, Broome.

DUTIES:
Plan, directs and co-ordinates pharmaceutical services to the service untis
within the East and West Kimberley Health Services.
SALARY
Level 7 Hospital Salaried Officers' Award $47,287 - $50,362 plus District
Allowance, Air Conditioning.
