Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution Service
What is the best method to measure a workload in Oncology Pharmacy Service concerning the reconstitution of cytotoxic drugs (CDR), whether it can be base on: 1. no. of patients 2. no. of prescription / orders 3. no. of dosages (eg. CMF regime = 3 doses, IV 5FU x 5 day = 5 doses ?) Is there a need to standardised this measurement of workload of CDR all over the world? Thank you.
