The Dutch standard is also based on the GPP document. You can acquire
the standard through the Royal Dutch Association for the Advancement of
Pharmacy, KNMP, PO box 30460, 2500 GL Den Haag (there is an english
version available). Their faxnumber is +31 70 310 65 30, and the
request should be addressed to Mr. Frans an der Vaart. He is also
involved in the FIP quality SIG.
