I am sure that in most countries pharmacists or pharmacists
organisations are not aware of the fact that their (community)
pharmacy model is different from other countries, and there is very
little information published on this.
The FIP is carrying out a project on added value of pharmacy which
will demonstrate the differences and hopefully the value of what
pharmacy is in different countries. During the Vienna conference
there will be a meeting on wednesday morning about the added
value of pharmacy. Some info will be rpesented there, and of
course Prof. Trom, Dr. Moback and myself will eb delighted to
speak to you about this project and its future results.
