Quick question to the assembled masses. No intention to start any arguments
with any other services.

1. How many of you in the pharmacy world are listed in your hospital's
policy on Medication as being allowed to administer medication?
2. How many have a policy that states "licensed personnel" as being able to
administer drugs?
3. Are you (pharmacist) allowed to give meds in emergency situations? i.e..
codes.
4. If you are not allowed or listed, then why not?
5. If you are allowed or listed, did you have special training, are you
limited to certain types of medication?

Wednesday afternoon wondering......Robert
