QC Release of Cleaning and sanitizing agents
To control the agents used in production we release these agents as raw materials. We wish to benchmark our program. What release criteria do the industry use? Review of supplier CofA, identity testing, assay of active ingredients or disinfectant testing? Does this differ if it is a cleaning or sanitizing agent?
