Re: Validation of Lyophilization of Parenteral Product
The PDA's recent monograph {#22] addresses this subject of media fills in
some detail, and includes several alternates for freeze drying. In
developing the document, we attempted to include all of the methods we
were
aware of for conducting media fills in lyo's, so there is a fair amount of
flexibility.
