We use SPC here at Cox / Alpharma BST and I am aware of 2 products on the
market:
Firstly there is QI Analyst from SPSS software. This is a fairly simple to use,
straightforward package with a limited application (but fine for simple process
control / improvement).
Secondly there is NWA Quality Analyst from Adept Scientific. This is the
'industry standard' software - much more in-depth and complex than QI Analyst,
but a lot more user-friendly (and significantly more expensive).
We currently use QI Analyst but are soon to upgrade.
