European Congress of Pharmaceutical Sciences Electronic Third Circular Welcome to EUFEPS 2000 in Budapest

EUFEPS 2000 follows 5 highly successful meetings in Amsterdam ('92) Berlin ('94), Edinburgh ('96), Milan ('98) and Jerusalem ('99) - coordinated by the European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences. EUFEPS 2000 will be the major international forum in Europe for original industrial and academic work in all areas of the Pharmaceutical Sciences - covering Pharmaceutical Technology, Drug Development and Product Optimization, Biopharmaceutics, Material Science, Synthetic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacology, Natural Products, Genomics. The EUFEPS 2000 Scientific Program includes Plenaries with Mini-Symposia and Keynote Lecture Sessions, together with ample space for contributed lectures and posters - plus a special session on Excipients hosted by IPEC. Hot Topic Discussions will cover 'New Safe Medicines Faster' and 'New Developments in Alzheimer's Disease''. Prizes for the best Poster Presentations recognize the central role of posters at EUFEPS 2000. Some Student Travel Awards are available for bona fide students submitting high quality Abstracts. There's a major Technical Exhibition and a programme of Short Courses for an opportunity to get up to date on "The Assessment of Oral Drug Absorption" or "European "Strategies for Harmonisation and Drug Registration".
